Should have superior writing and communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and practical business-oriented advice are required. Must have a law degree and USPTO registration number.
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in various technologies. Must be registered and in good standing with the USPTO, your state bar(s), and be eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
