DUTIES: Litigate both affirmative and defensive cases before USCIS, EOIR, the BIA, and the 9 th Circuit Court of Appeals. The candidate will be reviewing and helping prepare various applications with USCIS including DACA, waivers, adjustments of status, naturalization and others, as well as go to their hearings and help free me up to focus more on removal cases. Should preferably have previous immigration experience. Spanish-speaking is also preferred.
