Irvine office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with 4 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have corporate governance, commercial dispute, intellectual property, securities, healthcare, real property acquisition and/or development experience. Judicial clerkship experience and/or large law firm experience is preferred. Must be California licensed.
The candidate should preferably 3-5 yearsâ€™ of experience in litigation and transactional services in the area of employment, real estate, business, tax/estate planning and health care law. Must have excellent communication skills, writing, research, and attention to detail required.
Candidate will work for Defense Professional Negligence and Elder Abuse/Neglect Law Firm. Will review medical records, assist in defending healthcare providers, including acute, skilled and long term care facilities. Prepare written reviews and legal memorandum, and appear in court; assist in preparing and responding to discovery, law and motion and general trial preparation. Must be licensed as both an attorney and nurse.
Assistant General Counsel - Litigation
The candidate must be a seasoned litigator with experience in both state and federal court, as well as arbitration.
