Bilingual Social Security Disability attorney
The candidate must have extensive familiarity with all aspects of SSDI legal practice including 2+ years of representing clients at Social Security disability hearings before Administration Law Judges. Should have admission and good standing with State Bar. The position involves frequent travel throughout the local area, as well as frequent travel to other states by air or car. Fluency in English/Spanish is required.
The candidate will provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and present at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Must have a Juris Doctor degree. Should have 1-3 years of Social Security Disability Law. Strong communication skills, both oral and written essential.
Note: The candidate will work remotely from home.
