Tax Controversy Associate
The candidate should have LL.M. Degree in tax. Must have 2-5 years of experience (preferably law firm as opposed to accounting firm). Must have experience with tax controversy/disputes/litigation. Strong, proven writing skills is required. Experience with federal income tax issues is required. Experience with or interest in international tax is essential. Bar membership in Georgia would be a plus.
Must be familiar with the tax consulting process and possess the analytical skills necessary for the effective diagnosis, development and implementation of solutions to clients' tax needs.
