Environmental Law Attorney
The candidate should preferably have several years of environmental law experience, including such matters as transactions and due diligence, regulatory compliance and permitting, site remediation and redevelopment, and litigation and administrative appeals. Must be licensed and in good standing (or willing and able to become licensed) to practice law in the state of Michigan.
