Los Angeles office is seeking an entertainment litigation partner with experience representing institutional (non-studio) content owners, producers and/or distributors. Candidate must have $500,000+ in potable business.
The candidate should have 3-6 years of law firm experience. Should have general litigation experience. Real estate litigation, copyright, or entertainment litigation experience is a plus. Superior academic credentials, admission to the CA bar, and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
The candidate must be active members of the California Bar in good standing and possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. Should have 2+ years’ litigation experience in a large law firm with an interest in media and entertainment law, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, defamation, or privacy. Former law clerks and candidates with diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
