Construction Law Attorney
The candidate will prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Will take and defend depositions. Attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must demonstrate expertise in complex commercial litigation and class actions. Should be able to travel as needed.
The candidate must have 1 year of recent litigation experience and will accept candidates with 0-5 years of experience. Candidates with licensing in New Mexico and Colorado a plus. Practice areas include Construction Defect Litigation (Developer representation); Casualty, CD Risk; Personal Injury and more.
