Real Estate and Commercial Finance Attorney
The candidate should have good academics credentials. Experience originating CMBS loans, and experience with intercreditor and co-lender agreements desired. Focus is on real estate finance, but asset based and commercial lending work a strong plus.
The candidate must be a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience. Should have significant hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of middle market lenders-side debt financing transactions, with strong UCC Article 9 experience essential and syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred. Should have outstanding professional and academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Transactional Lending Associate
The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending transactions (including real estate finance), excellent academic credentials, and strong legal writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
