The candidate will handle personal injury cases from inception through and including trials including drafting summons and complaints, bills of particulars and other discovery documents, note of issue, and subpoenas. Must have 2+ yearsâ€™ plaintiff personal injury experience. Second language is a plus.
The candidate should have 5+ years of legal experience in Corporate and Litigation Law. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, including editing, redlining documents, automatic numbering and formatting of documents; experience in document management such as iManage is required. Knowledge of TABS attorney-billing system or similar billing system is essential.

The candidate must have New York State Notary Public must be obtained within six (6) months of employment. Previous healthcare experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferred.
