The candidate under the direction of an Attorney, the Law Clerk will become familiar with employment-based immigration laws. Processing/Drafting government forms. Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately. Writing detailed persuasive letters. 1L, 2L, or 3L Student can apply. Should have experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs.
