Workers' Comp Attorney
The candidate should have experience litigating public safety presumptions at the WCAB and DCA. Litigation of PERS and County Retirement Act of 1937 applications/denials would be highly desirable. All candidates must be pro-Law Enforcement, have good computer skills, be willing to travel some, and have command presence.
