The candidate should be from accredited law schools, working towards their admission to the Bar to join team. Must have a strong desire to practice in the area of special education law and litigate cases at both the administrative and federal court level. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and have excellent writing skills with an attention to detail. 2-3L’s, bilingual (Spanish) speaking candidates encouraged to apply.
