Clerk will handle legal research and general case-related support, as well as possible research on issues raised in contract negotiation and related deal documents. 2L student is welcome.
Hours depend on the firm’s caseload and need.
The candidate should be from an accredited law school, working towards admission to the Bar. Must have a strong desire to practice in the area of special education law and litigate cases at both the administrative and federal court level. Should demonstrate a strong work ethic and have excellent writing skills with an attention to detail. 2Ls and 3Ls will be preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking candidates encouraged to apply.
