Seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years' family law experience. Candidate will have experience in dealing with all family law matters, including military divorces, child custody, property division, temporary orders, discovery, and mediation. Will be making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and discovery, meeting with clients, and attending mediations. Experience conducting evidentiary hearings, mediations, and prove-ups is a must.
