Assistant State Attorney
The candidate must be committed to becoming effective trial advocates, dedicated and responsive to the public they serve. Duties include handling a large volume caseload under the supervision of senior staff members. Must be a member of the Florida Bar, in good standing. Certified legal interns with a course concentration in criminal law will be considered. Must be either 3L, Certified Legal Intern, or Licensed with The Florida Bar.
The students should be in first year of law school to a third-year law student in the final year of law school.

Trial Court Law Clerk
Candidate will be responsible for drafting memoranda, opinions, orders, and reports; conducting legal research; reviewing briefs and case files; and advising judges on pending litigation and issues. Large portion of a law clerk’s assignment focuses on pro se postconviction motions.
Senior Litigation Attorney - Children and Families
The candidate should be admitted to Florida Bar for 2 years. Must have a strong interest in child advocacy, good academic credentials, strong writing skills, excellent communication skills. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Moot court, trial team, litigation clinic, advocacy certificate, and/or law review participation in law school are a plus.
