Job Title: Mid-Level Associate - General Antitrust

Job Responsibilities:
The Mid-Level Associate at the law firm will take on substantial responsibilities in various phases of litigation. Key duties include:
- Investigating and analyzing potential claims.
- Drafting legal memos, complaints, and briefs.
- Managing all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
- Preparing for and attending trials.
- Participating in settlement discussions.
- Working primarily in the antitrust litigation practice area, with opportunities to engage in other practice areas as well.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for this position should have:
- Two to five years of litigation and/or clerkship experience.
- A strong academic background.
- Excellent writing skills and analytic ability.
- The ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Licensure and good standing, or eligibility for admission, in the District of Columbia, California, New York, or Pennsylvania.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Mid-Level Associate position is $165,000 - $180,000 annually. Additionally, the law firm offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
