Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed as to the progress of their case. Will obtain, review and organize damage information. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, etc. Verify insurance coverage; setup claims. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, reading/routing incoming mail.

The candidate should have 3 years previous experience handling personal injury cases. Experience with Needles case management/document management software beneficial. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload involving sensitive information is required. Must be able to have frequent and effective interactions with clients, medical providers and insurance companies. Bilingual is a plus. Must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent).
