About the Role:
As a Litigation Attorney in our Employment practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys and have the chance to participate in all stages of the litigation process, from pre-trial to post-trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $120K to $210K, commensurate with experience.
