Job Title: US 2L Diversity Fellowship

Job Responsibilities:

- Participate in and complete the 2026 summer program at the law firm.
- Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within local communities and/or more broadly.
- Engage in activities that reflect personal achievement and leadership ability.
- Contribute to community service initiatives.

Education and Experience Information:

- Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
- The anticipated graduation date should be May/June 2027 or December 2026 at the time of application.
- Applicants must not be immediate family members of any partner or employee of the law firm.

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Community service involvement.

Application Process:

- Submit graduate program transcripts if applicable.
- Provide a law school transcript.

Salary Information:

- Award recipients will receive a paid 2L summer associate position.
- Recipients will receive an award of up to $40,000 to assist with law school tuition.
- The award is paid in two installments:
- A $20,000 payment upon spending at least eight weeks with the firm during the 2026 summer program and receiving and accepting an offer of full-time employment.
- A $20,000 final payment upon joining the firm as a full-time associate, included in the first paycheck.
