Arch Insurance Group, AIGI, is seeking a Technical Claims Supervisor to join our Major Case Unit. This is a remote working opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 2 days in the office and potential for up to 10% travel. As a Technical Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing large exposure and complex claims, collaborating with TPA team members and other claim professionals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone with experience in commercial general/auto liability claim handling, a passion for delivering exceptional results, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. TPA management and oversight experience is a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with underwriters, Legal, Operations, and other Arch functions to achieve optimum claim outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to attend mediations, trials, and other proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, but it is not required. A salary range of $140,000 - $165,000/year is offered, with potential for bonus/incentive pay.
