Transactional Associate Attorney

Job Title: Transactional Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501© (3), and intellectual property litigation.
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
- Conduct research and prepare cases for court.
- Perform case reviews.
- Participate in PAG Team Trainings.
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing to ensure the ultimate client experience.
- Manage current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service.
- Handle a high volume of cases comfortably.
- Fulfill all other requirements to navigate cases from start to finish.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with a state bar association.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus.
- Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.
