Job Title: Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruiting interactions are consistently entered into the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Engage in daily calls to screen candidates and coordinate interviews, maintaining a high level of activity to meet hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Maintain daily communication with hiring managers to update them on job requisitions and candidate progress.
- Offer Management: Collaborate with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Candidate Experience: Strive to create a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the entire recruiting process.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience: 4-8 years of related recruiting experience in a high-volume environment is required.
- Applicant Tracking System: Previous experience using an applicant tracking system is mandatory, with knowledge of JazzHR being a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Legal industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
Salary Information:
