The law firm is seeking a highly motivated IP Associate, Patent Agent, and Technical Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and a background in mechanical, electrical, or software related technologies.
Key responsibilities for this role include drafting and prosecuting US and international patent applications, conducting patentability and freedom to operate searches, and providing advice and counseling to clients on patent related matters.
