Summary:
**Members Only**, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,250 attorneys in 44 offices across the United States, is seeking a Paralegal Clerk for their White Plains, NY office. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical record requests and track document requests using spreadsheets
- Engage with medical providers to obtain necessary records and resolve issues
- Maintain and organize case files, review and verify medical records for completeness and accuracy
- Update electronic case files and assist with trial preparation
- Prepare discovery demands and responses
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting preferred
- Associate degree and/or paralegal certificate a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
