Position Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney for our Denver, CO office
- Previous experience in land use preferred, but willing to train
- Represent clients in transactional real estate work, including drafting and negotiating agreements, title work, and closings
- Opportunity to work with investors, developers, and borrowers on real estate projects
- Additional experience in zoning and entitlements a plus

Qualifications/Skills:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic record
- Admission to Colorado bar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Exceptional judgement and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with legal strategies

Physical Requirements:
- Position is primarily sedentary but may require brief periods of inter-office mobility
- Ability to lift up to 10-20 lbs.
- Efficient communication skills
- Repetitive motions may be required
- Ability to see and read PC screens

Compensation:
- Salary range of $170,000 to $190,000, with variable compensation for individual production
