Job Summary:
As a litigation paralegal at **Members Only**, you will play a vital role in assisting the attorneys with case management, document preparation, client communications, court filings, and trial support. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on case progress

- Assist in the discovery process by gathering and organizing relevant documents
- Prepare for mediation sessions and settlement negotiations
- Provide support during trial, including preparing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses and experts
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous litigation paralegal experience is required
