**Members Only**, a leading aviation law firm located in downtown Kansas City, is currently seeking an experienced aviation transactions attorney to join our business aviation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience and excellent academic credentials, with a strong interest in aviation law. Piloting experience is a plus. This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on a variety of domestic and international transactional matters, including FAA, IRS, and SEC support for clients
• Collaborate with an internationally recognized legal team to develop broad exposure to aviation law
• Provide exceptional legal counsel and support for clients in the aviation industry
Qualifications:
• 0-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong interest in aviation law
• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• Piloting experience is a plus
