Job Title: State and Local Tax Financial Services Manager
Job Responsibilities:

- Leverage technology and innovation to boost efficiency and effectiveness in tax advisory services.
- Drive initiatives in digitization and automation to provide impactful client solutions.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Possession of a CPA, membership of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Master's Degree is preferred, showcasing a higher level of expertise and knowledge.
- Broad knowledge in partnership tax compliance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in tax return production and audit defense is expected.
- Experience in tax consulting and structuring is beneficial.
- Proven ability in client relationship management is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising and coaching teams are essential.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
