# Labor & Employment Attorney ## Overview Lewis Brisbois is a law firm with offices from Los Angeles to New York and Seattle to Miami. Our attorneys are committed to providing the best legal services to our clients, our communities, and the legal profession. The Labor & Employment Group is looking for two (2) to twelve (12) year attorneys to join our California offices. This practice area has a 1,900 hour requirement and we offer a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours. Partnership opportunities will be considered for well qualified candidates. ## Responsibilities The successful candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience in some or all of the following areas: - Managing a litigation caseload - PAGA and wage & hour experience - Drafting legal documents, such as motions and discovery requests - Conducting research on legal issues associated with the case - Drafting legal briefs and motions The successful candidate must also have excellent analytical and writing skills, strong communication skills, and be admitted to practice in California. ## Salary The minimum salary for this position is USD $125,. The maximum salary is USD $225,.
