**Members Only** (“CH&”) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Litigation Attorney to join our full-service law firm in Seattle.

Position Summary:

- Seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney with experience in various construction-related matters.
- Ideal candidate should have strong skills in procurement, contract administration, risk management, dispute avoidance, and more.
- Basic requirements include undergraduate and JD degrees, WSBA membership, and at least 5 years of litigation experience.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Ability to work with multiple partners and manage responsibilities for different cases.
- Prepare discovery and respond to requests.
- Attend and manage hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and managing attorneys.
- Analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and research case law, statutes, regulations, and documents.
- Utilize strong written and critical thinking skills.
- Organize and manage documents during complex litigation.
- Ability to handle complex problems with initiative, creativity, and sound professional judgment.

Salary Information:

- Compensation range: $175,000 – $250,000 annually, depending upon years of practice and amount of portable business.
- Benefits include medical and vision insurance, voluntary dental insurance, health reimbursement account plan, cafeteria plan, life/AD&D insurance, long-term disability insurance, retirement plan, vacation, sick/safe leave, and transportation subsidies.
