Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management and scheduling of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and events.
- Overseeing entry and coding of time.
- Reconciling monthly billing statements and tracking to budget.
- Preparing and formatting documents in Word.
- Management and tracking of expense reimbursements.
- Providing back-up support to other administrative assistants when needed.
- Handling ad hoc projects and duties as required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidate should have 1-3 years of previous experience supporting multiple professionals.
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities and work under pressure to meet client deadline expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate should be a creative and independent thinker, confident in asking questions to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong writing and research skills are required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Strong Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills required.
- Must be comfortable learning new software programs that support business operations.
- Experience with legal billing software is a plus.
- Interest in the Healthcare field is highly preferred.
- A BA Degree is highly preferred.

Salary Information:
- The base annual pay range for this role is between $63,000-$69,000.
- The base pay offered will vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
- A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
