A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly qualified Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with over two years of experience in Hatch-Waxman matters to join its national IP group. This position offers the opportunity to engage with complex pharmaceutical patent litigation and regulatory matters for leading global clients. Location:

• Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Represent clients in complex Hatch-Waxman litigation matters from inception through trial

• Draft legal documents including briefs, memoranda, motions, and expert witness materials

• Manage fact and expert discovery processes

• Conduct legal research and provide regulatory analysis under the Hatch-Waxman Act

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams and life sciences experts

• Participate in strategic planning sessions and trial preparation

• Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Hatch-Waxman litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects

• Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with at least one . state bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Effective in team-based and independent environments

• Technical background in chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences field is strongly preferred
