Role and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a law firm family law group required
- Handle contentious and non-contentious family matters
- Represent clients in divorce, property division, spousal support, and child custody cases
- Prepare and review marital agreements
- Provide advice on all areas of family law
- Contribute to team's profile and business development activities

Key Skills and Experience:

- Strong academic credentials
- California Bar membership required
- Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
- Project management and ability to balance competing priorities
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Team player

Salary Information:

- Compensation commensurate with experience ranging from $195,000 to $250,000
