**Members Only** is currently seeking a mid-level Financial Lines Associate to join their rapidly growing Financial Lines Coverage practice. The successful candidate will have experience in litigation and dispute resolution in various insurance lines, as well as an interest in marketing and thought leadership efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Representing insurer interests in high exposure matters in state and federal courts and/or private arbitration
- Handling both contentious and non-contentious matters in various insurance lines such as financial institutions, directors & officers liability, and professional liability
- Contributing to marketing and thought leadership efforts through practice related publications and professional association involvement
- Advancing in career development through mentorship and independent work opportunities
Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in New York or New Jersey
- At least 3 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution (preferred but not required)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $125,000-$210,000 (actual salary dependent on experience, practice group, and location)
