The law firm of **Members Only** is seeking a highly qualified Conflicts Analyst to join their team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, performing conflicts searches, and providing preliminary conflict assessments for the firm's internal clients. Additionally, you will assist with maintenance of conflicts databases, opening and closing matters, and generating reports. This is a hybrid role that requires in-office attendance, and the firm offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on new clients and other parties
- Utilize corporate databases to determine shareholders and substantial owners
- Perform conflicts searches and requests within the New Business Intake system
- Utilize policies and procedures to provide preliminary conflict assessments
- Assist with maintenance of conflicts databases and engagement letter files
- Coordinate daily flow of conflicts-related work and ensure timely turnaround
- Assist with opening, updating, and closing matters
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to the department

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of legal conflicts or law firm equivalent experience
- Knowledge of external corporate affiliate databases
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn new applications quickly

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on factors such as education, experience, and skills. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages and considers various factors when determining compensation.
