Estates and Trusts Paralegal's a Trust and Estates Paralegal with 3+ years of Estate Administration experience for our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will have a broad base of experience in probate, conservatorships, and trust administration with direct client contact. Prepare Inventories and Accountings to be filed with the local Commissioner of Accounts. Maintain, review, and reconcile accounts. Coordinate and facilitate distribution to beneficiaries. Prepare receipts, releases, and indemnification agreements. Draft correspondence and respond to audit requests. Coordinate appraisals of real/tangible personal property. Ideal Candidates will have Professional office experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail.
