Job Summary:
- Tax Senior Manager - Insurance position at Mazars USA
- Full-time position with flexible work hours and locations
- Seeking an experienced tax professional with strong technical skills and leadership abilities
- Preferably located in New York, New Jersey, or Philadelphia area, but can be located in any Mazars office in the US
- Responsible for leading and managing multiple tax engagements within budget for clients in the Insurance Industry
- Must have 8+ years of relevant tax experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business-related field (advanced Tax degree preferred)
- CPA certification required
- Strong knowledge of ASC740 for GAAP and SSAP 101 statutory accounting
- Skills in tax planning, compliance, advisory, research, and analysis
- Proficient in CCH Axcess, GoRS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed
