Job Title: Filevine Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining Filevine and Lead Docket project templates, taskflows, reports, document generation templates, Outlaw/FVDA templates, and Deadline Chains.
- Train staff on Filevine features and updates to ensure proper utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Filevine issues, and coordinate with Filevine or Filevine Support on more complex issues.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, case assistants, CMS Admins, and IT teams to analyze and optimize processes.
- Assist with collaborations with third-party integrations, including but not limited to, creating API access and mapping integrations.
- Assist with any data migrations that may arise.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- 2+ years of experience using Filevine in a legal operations or case management capacity.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, terminology, and practice operations.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Preferred:
- Experience as a Filevine Org Admin.
- Experience with Filevine automation tools (., Outlaw, FVDA, deadline chains, document generation).
- Familiarity with APIs or legal tech integrations.
- Background in legal operations, legal project management, or systems administration for legal tools.
Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
- Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
