Job Responsibilities:
Interns in **Members Only**’s office engage in a variety of tasks as part of an educational program designed to provide insights into congressional operations. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with legislative research and drafting documents related to legislative areas of interest such as Taxes, Homeland Security, Immigration, etc.
- Participating in meetings and briefings with congressional staff and possibly with **Members Only**.
- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with office organization.
- Engaging with constituents and assisting with constituent services under the guidance of congressional staff.
- Supporting event planning and execution for office events or community outreach programs.
Education and Experience Information:
- Applicants should be currently enrolled in college with a minimum GPA of or have recently completed college with the same GPA requirement.
- Candidates may have prior experience working or volunteering for political groups, candidates, or in campaign settings, although this is not mandatory.
