The Trusts & Estates Legal Secretary will:
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda
• Assist attorneys with case management, including scheduling meetings and conferences, filing documents, and tracking deadlines
• Maintain client files and case documents
• Conduct research as needed
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Assist with billing and other administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience as a legal secretary
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of legal terminology and filing procedures
• Strong attention to detail
