Position Summary:

- Provide general assistance and support to Legal and Compliance functions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Advise business units and functional areas on legal issues
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Support Data Privacy and Data Protection matters

Performance Objectives:

- Assist with drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts
- Provide support for legal issues in various business areas
- Perform legal research and prepare memoranda
- Support Data Privacy and Data Protection matters
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Education/Certification Requirements:

- Completion of undergraduate program and first year of law school

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- General understanding of legal concepts and regulatory framework in pharmaceutical industry
- Previous office work experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Curiosity and interest in learning legal and compliance concepts
- Project management skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office programs
