Responsibilities:

- Oversee client portfolios in the alternative investment fund industry
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage teams and projects
- Analyze tax impact and develop arguments and recommendations for clients
- Facilitate risk and financial performance of engagements
- Deliver high quality tax services to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of recent tax experience in the alternative investment industry
- Bachelor's degree and relevant credentials (CPA, EA, JD/LLM)
- Proficient in taxation of partnerships and tiered investment fund structures
- Excellent communication skills

Salary Information:

- KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges
- Salary ranges are determined based on relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market considerations
- Comprehensive benefits package offered, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and personal well-being benefits

California Salary Range: $96800 - $187500
