Paralegal The candidate will prepare CD's for closing. Will prepare CEMA s, 255 s, Schedule A Mortgage Schedules. Ability to fully review CEMA collateral and spot issues. Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings. Prepare loan closing documents for both real property and coop loans for various lender clients of AGMB.

The candidate should have specific experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent is required. Must be fully familiar with TRID process. Must be a self-starter and able to handle a large pipeline of loan files (ability to handle files from start to finish). Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of parties inside and outside of offices. Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to loan closing guidelines and lender requirements is required. Must have excellent organization skills, detail-oriented aptitude and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. General administrative abilities to include typing, filing, and use of computer, calculator, copier and facsimile machines is required.
