Trademark Paralegal Duties: Prepare and manage US and foreign trademark prosecution filings; Conduct preliminary trademark searches; prepare cost estimates, and assist with the international branding and filing strategies for clients; Assist attorneys with US and foreign trademark disputes; Assist with trademark assignments, recording of license agreements and renewal of trademark registrations in the US and worldwide; Interact with clients and foreign counsels regarding prosecution and protection of trademarks in the US and worldwide; Manage clients trademark portfolios; docket and monitor all trademark deadlines; attend docket meetings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. ABA approved Paralegal Certificate. 3+ years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
