Job Title: Human Resources Recruiting Assistant (Talent Acquisition)
Job Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Recruiting Assistant at the law firm, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR recruiting team with all recruitment efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating the calendars of designated interviewers.
- Distributing interview confirmations and schedules to candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the recruiting database, including the initial entry of prospects and resumes.
- Receiving and processing all incoming recruiting correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Maintaining communication with candidates and managers throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Posting open positions on various job boards and appropriate organizations’ sites.
- Assisting with candidate sourcing.
- Helping with airline and hotel reservations, as needed, for candidates interviewing in the office.
- Assisting with reference checks and following up on outstanding items for background checks.
- Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or corporate environment is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of database management software, and strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, along with confidentiality, diplomacy, and responsiveness, is also required.
