Tax Manager - Raleigh, NC

Overview:
**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for someone with experience in managing tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision for a diverse client base. If you have a strong sense of ownership, excellent supervisory skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision for pass-through and C-corporation entities. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Build and manage client relationships
- Represent Forvis Mazars in the professional and business community
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients
- Contribute to technical guidance for internal and external publication
- Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting tax, including technical consulting and research
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A CPA license

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Taxation or Law.
