Litigation Paralegal The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong attention to detail; exceptional problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor; ability to multitask, prioritize, manage and meet deadlines; strong computer skills; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software; ability to speak and write English and Spanish. Should have 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm. A Bachelor's Degree and/or the completion of an accredited paralegal program is a plus, but not required. Exemptions may apply based on medical and religious reasons. Should preferably have 1-year Personal injury law. Should preferably have 1 year of a Paralegal.
