Associate Attorney - Criminal Defense The candidate must be willing to participate in the firm's marketing program. The marketing program includes filming frequent videos discussing relevant legal topics, actively participating in a variety of social media platforms and taking an interest in networking. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona and be highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. This position will include immediate appearances before professional licensing boards; thus, the candidate must have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Administrative law responsibilities include file review and maintenance; drafting pleadings and motions; document review and analysis; monitoring case deadlines; interviewing clients and witnesses; communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other third parties.
