**Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing**
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Manager in Transfer Pricing, the candidate will be responsible for providing clients with the essential knowledge to effectively handle intercompany pricing issues. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary group that integrates backgrounds in tax, economics, law, finance, and accounting. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Supervising engagement staff assignments and providing leadership, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Being an integral part of a client-facing team, developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and the broader industry context.
- Managing and overseeing detailed economic and financial analyses, along with complex modeling and empirical analyses.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.
**Education and Experience Information:**
**Required:**
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Transfer Pricing in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on work requirements and client engagements.
- One of the following active accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, other acceptable designations include Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or equivalent educational qualifications (Master’s or . preferred).
**Preferred:**
- Previous experience in Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial sectors.
- Highly motivated transfer pricing expert with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, theories, and interpretations.
- Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
**Salary Information:**
The wage range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the position's location. The current range is estimated to be $103,320 to $235,170. Additionally, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program's rules, where awards depend on factors like individual and organizational performance.
